After my employee evaluation meeting about two weeks ago I have finally initiated a personal study time in my schedule. So I am here at Starbucks each week on Wednesday morning before Staff Meeting begins at 11:00am. I hope to spend about 45 minutes working on my personal leadership by reading books, listening to leadership talks, case studies, etc. Then the following 45 minutes on R&D for job specific areas.

So… enough time on this, time to dive into “The Effective Executive in Action“!
