We are passionate about seeing churches take what may seem like a skill, but we see it as God-given gifts and create some of the most engaging worship environments. And we love coming beside churches and helping in specific ways. One of the ways is our love for video director training.
A 4-day live training session with Mike usually costs around $3200 + transportation and hotel services. However, throughout 2020, travel restrictions due to COVID-19 forced many churches to transition their services to an all-online streaming approach. Because of this greater need, we offered our 8-week coaching program at a discounted rate of only $2400 for an individual or group from the same organization. We have had incredible success over the last two years and will continue this virtual training.

VIDEO DIRECTORS
1-on-1 Mentorship
The Details
During the 8 weeks, we will provide the following, but not limited to:
- 1-on-1 Weekly Video Calls
- Directing 101 by breaking down the basics of Directing, including language, direction, style, and what to look for when cutting different elements
- A weekly breakdown of your weekend service or event by watching back together and talking through the entire worship cut, transitions, and a portion of the message
- Document templates for both position training and weekend/event checklist
- Leadership Coaching
- Volunteer team-building exercises, techniques, and tips
This mentorship program will begin the week of January 22nd, 2024. There is a limited number of spots. Applications are to be submitted by December 29th, 2023, to be considered for an open spot. If you are selected, you will be notified with more details by email. When spots are full, you will be placed on the waiting list for the Spring 2024 program.

Payment Options
We have two payment options: a $500 discount for complete payment upfront.
Option 1 – $1,900:
- 100% Payment due January 15th = $1,900
Option 2 – $2,400:
- 50% Payment due January 4th = $1,200
- 50% Payment due February 4th = $1,200

COACHING/DEVELOPMENT
Team Training
Every week we see hundreds or possibly thousands of people walk through the doors of your church or join you online. We recognize that each person will have a unique experience and will encounter the church and the Lord differently. The goal is to create a welcoming and expectant environment the second someone walks through the doors or logs in. As a production team, you have the honor to play a role in creating that environment.
